Black Limestone is a dark limestone, sometimes referred to as Carbon Black is a riven hand cut stone. To complete the look, Carbon Black is also available in setts and Paver, walling and bull nosed copings for use with pools, walls and steps.
Black limestone is a sedimentary rock characterized by its dark colour, usually ranging from deep grey to jet black. It often contains fossilized remains and exhibits a smooth, honed surface. Black limestone is durable with a striking appearance, making it a popular choice for flooring, paving, and decorative accents. However, it may require sealing to protect against oxidisation when weahtered, which means it will naturally lighten over time. If your paving does lighten you can restore the colour by resealing the paving using Dark Stone restorer called back to black.
