Refund policy

All Porcelain Paving 

Porcelain Paving will be sold as full packs which are between 21 and 28m2, depending on the tile. Exact quantities can be ordered but we will require a minimum of 2-3 working days notice increasing to 5 working days at peak times to prepare and dispatch your order. Please ensure the correct square meterage of paving is ordered for your project as one order. We cannot gurantee the same batch codes after the initial order and for this reason we can only accept retuns of full pallets and we cannot accept returns of split packs or individula tiles. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
